how to disable seatbelt beeper sound

I honestly couldn't tell you. I took it to my dealer and specifically asked them to reset the light. Well the service advisor came back to me and said that it threw up a trouble code for the seat belt latch and something about the seat (like faulty harness or something), so they are just ordering a new seat. It saves me $98 which I was orignally quoted to check the system if it wasn't under warranty so I'm not about to complain.

does your lancer have seat airbags?

ive always wondered how to stop that annoying sound.. not that i drive w/o my seatbelt or anything.. but i just figured it was something cool to know..
