How to remove seatbelts

I'm trying to paint my pillar trims on the inside of my evo. (The gray plastic piece where the seatbelts go into.)

Can someone help me out and show me how to remove the seatbelts so I can get this started.

Thanks

pop the plastic bolt cover cap off the upper belt anchor, remove the bolt,

pull off the black rubber weather strip in both door openings just where it goes along the edges of the trim you want to remove.

believe the B pillar piece is above both the trims it overlaps at top and bottom, so just pull it straight out to pop the clips

if another trim piece is on top at either end, pull it partially out first, then the B pillar one.

Make sure and get the top anchor back together the same way, the belt has to pivot freely, compare to the other side if unsure.
