The brake pads from the dealer are directional. They have little arrows indicating the direction of wheel rotation. If you keep the brake wear indicators (the squeakers - the little metal tabs that rub the brake disc when the pad gets worn) in the stock locations AND install the pads with the arrows of rotation, the pads WILL be absolutely unique, and will install in only ONE location correctly. Just install the ones with the wear indicators like the ones you took out and take note of the little arrows on the pads, and it will take care of itself.

From what I can see they have arrows pointing UP or DOWN so not sure how to install them.

Also, does the one with the clib go on the inside or outside?

I had new front and rear pads installed by the dealer and I'm pretty sure they did it wrong and now I know how it was to begin with to fix it so any information is greatly appreciated.

By the way, the dealer installed all pads with arrows pointing UP
