Trying to keep boost at 15 PSI is tough it's the only drawback. I'd like to see the switch point adjustable and set it at maybe 20 PSI. In the mean time you'll have to learn to drive around it or lose it for something that doesn't seal as well AKA stock valve.

Did you remove the kit and simply run the port open to atmosphere or did you plug the extra port and remove the set screw?

For the time being, I've just got the nipple on the DV running into the nipple that I tapped into my UICP. Works fine. Eventually, I'll plug the extra port and remove the set screw.

Im thinking of drilling the hole in the screw that you use to plug the bottom port. Ill start with a 5/64ths. Update soon, as Ill be doig some more tuning.

I used a 1/16ths drill bit and It did seem to cut down on the amount of air that is dumped. This is noted by a major difference in sound from the BPV, there is absolutely no flutter, and less volume of air being dumped. This leads me to believe that restricting the rate at which boost may build under teh diaphram helps, but is not as effective as limiting pressure i would assume. So as you step on it at low rpms and boost rapidly builds, it likely doesnt have the ability to reach full boost pressure as quick as the intercooler piping is getting thereby limiting the cracking ability of the stock bpv. I am probably going to try a smaller diameter than 1.58mm soon. The sad part is I red loctite this one in.. Might still be able to break it free though.. you never know!
