exhaust install

need help in trying to figure out what the problem is with this exhaust install; i think that it is the downpipe, but just wanted some opinions; i have a new agency power ti catback with a perrin hfc and a perrin dp; i dont think that this is a perrin dp; bought it from a member here, but anyways; the problem that i am having is the everything lines up good except the dp; tried to swith pipes around vice versa, but to no avail; any opinions would be great, thanks;

here are some pics

I did my install starting from the front and working my way back. I thought I remember reading that Perrin re-did their dp design to accomodate the ACD cars. Yours might be an older one.

I also had problems with my exhaust install because the perrin HFC had warped flanges. When I tightened them down, it would pull the exhaust closer to the drive shaft and the carrier bearing shield/bracket. I had to break out the "persuader" (5 lb mini sledge hammer) and hammer the flanges. It's not perfect, but so far, it's working. Check how straight the flanges are.

That looks like it bent to fit around the ACD. Might be an older DP.

the dp is pretty smooth, i dont think that it is bent, but it could just be an older model downpipe;
