gsc cam install

Need guidence to install evo 8 s1 cams. i looked on the how to's and found hks cam install! but when i click on vividracing link, page says it cant be found.

My .02,
If you need a how-to to do a cam install, I wouldn't try it.
Save yourself the headache and just pay a good shop to do it.
I was in the same boat and I got Greg @GSC to put mine in, glad i did..
trust me..

Although it did look fairly simple when I watched him do it.
Just not something I wanted to chance, by doing it myself.
Then get a good tune for em. good luck..

Than again, that's how you learn. It's not difficult--just tededious. I had a friend of mine helping me out on my IX who's done a few before on the 8's, and the only problem we had in particular was getting off the intake cam after removing the gear...it was simply on there tight and we had to tap it off. Otherwise--it's exactly as what's on the evomoto site.

Ya, i think am gona have my bro nlaw help. Though, hes done cam installs on mopars, chevys, & mostly domestics. he was asking bout the timing marks, but ill print out evomoto directions, everything should be there.
