Hey guys, need your help. I am trying to install my boost gauge and soon a MBC. But I can't seem to find the perfect spot to drill in my firewall. I have tried many times with my drill but for some reason after going through the metal, there is more metal and I can't drill through that.

If any of your guys have done it and know exactly where to drill, please come give me a hand!! Maybe my drill is too big, hard to get into places...

I put a hole through the boot for the ECU harness, it has two boots so u will need to go through both, I actually wen thought the outside boot and was able to tuck it into the harness wires and out the other side without a whole on the interior side, very minor holes shouldn't have much affect just becarful of the ecu wires and besure to seal the hole or atleast make it look clean...

 

I said **** it and drilled a hole, slapped a grommet in there the size of my finger... i can put any line i want through easily now... stupid Mitsu, doesnt even give us a good firewall hole.

 

Where did you drill this hole? Pictures?

There's a blank on the pasenger side, all the way in the corner behind the strut mount.

 

Yeah I read about that. I've seen it I think the pictures don't seem to work on the write ups, but not sure if all my lines will reach to the A-Pillar.
