need a how to: running light replacement

im not sure if i wrote the title correctly, but anyways, i just noticed i had a running light burnt out on the passenger side ( the amber corner light on the top right of the headlight housing) i tryed using the search but it just showed for sale things, and i'm trying to study for a couple finals soooo if anyone could write a write-up that would be sweet, i'm pretty sure the easiest way would be removing the splash guard under the fender, but, if thats not the easiest way someone please enlighten me

I have had my bumper off about 30 times, so for me i just take off the bumper, remove the headlight and change it. Ive never attempted the inner liner route as those things are always a b!tch to remove plastic push pins.
