Noise sounds like the front right corner

I have a 2006 evolution 9 MR not that it matters much.
It has a noise and maybe I can feel it. I'm just confused by the whole thing.
It happens under hard braking, and then again under hard acceleration. Like something is moving fore and aft. Quite loud clunking to describe it. Sounds like the front right from the drivers seat. Any thoughts?

It happens with the clutch in or out under braking.
I haven't figured out a way to move forward quickly with the clutch in.
So that's just with the clutch out.

Help?

I hope this is the right place to post this. I apologize if this is the wrong forum.

Maybe your down pipe is touching...

If its stock then no but i had the same issue and had to dent in the DP a bit and heat wrap it there since it was close tot he oil sump too...

Oh and I suggest you jack up the car and have a good look

my 2 cents

Stock and 3000 miles.
This feels like something suspension related.

I have had it up in the air. nothing seemed a miss.

I am going to take some stuff off today and see if I can come up with anything.

Check for blocks in the springs, some dealers forget to take them out.

It seems like the strut mount to me.
Although it seems fine.
I have re greased it and we'll see if there is any change.
Anything else to check with the mount?

I don't see how the brake pad could make this noise or feeling but from what is going on that would make sense as well.
Take it off and put it back on?
Check what do you think?

And there is no anything in the springs.
The car has been driven well.

I'm lost I don't want to go to a dealer but aside from replacing things I don't know where to go.

how many miles on the car? maybe your t-case? i dont think has to do anything with suspension. put the car on the lift, go thru gears and inspect it...
