hey, no offense victor, and not to support the SWAP, but from plenty of experiece in retail, i dont think i'd be telling any secrets by saying... any reputable dealer who does business with a accredited manufacturer gets a credit anytime they return a deffective product currently in their product line. shipping one way(returning) is the only place that the dealer MAY get "hit", but the credited item just arrives with your next regularly scheduled order. I know it may be a pain, but ultimately your not "sticking" anyone with a piece of crap that they pay for.. the mftr just fixes most of that crap and sends it back into the world anyway
