Having problems with my speedo\odometer, temperature needle is at H (at top) and the fuel gauge is showing full tank (top) even though the fuel tank is not full and the car is cold. The temperature needle starts in the middle when i turn on the ignition, and as the car gets warm it moves to top (should stop in middle, but since it starts in middle then it goes half way up and stops at the top).

When i turn the ignition on, both the gauges (temp and fuel) shows correct for about 1 sec and then booom at the top . When turn the ignition off it drops to bottom as usually.

Anyone know what the problm might be or how i can fix it ?? Thanks

 

seems like a grounding problem.
try grounding the cluster from another location.
