So previous owner of my 03 evo lost the keyless entry remote. Anyone have any suggestions on how to reprogram them if I buy one somewhere? Really trying to avoid going to the stealership if possible. Not to mention the nearest mitsu dealer is 50ish miles away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just follow the directions from post 5, and you'll be good to go. Tested and proven to work.
