Power door lock wires - Alarm install
I am trying to install an Alpine alarm on an Evo, and I want to use a remote lock/unlock. My installer is telling me that since I don't have a door lock switch, it can't be done.
Thing is, we have a door lock switch, it's operated via the driver's door panel.
Which wires do I need to tap in to operate the remote lock/unlock feature of the alarm ? where are they located ?
Thanks

Ooops, think I found it, on some post above:
Power Lock purple - driver kick, door harness
Power Unlock lt. green - driver kick, door harness
These are the right ones, correct ?

yes those are right. they are negative trigger which means if the button is pushed to lock, they wire will test continuity with ground and the same will happen if the button is pushed for unlock but it will happen to the lt green wire instead of the purple.
