5 Point Harness
You can buy some mounting hardware from Brey Krause for the lap belts http://www.bkauto.com/porsche/r9001.php. These share the standard mounting points for the front seatbelts.
The shoulder belts can be attached to the rear seatbelt mounting points. If you remove the bottom of the rear seat, you'll see 2 x 17 mm bolts holding the shoulder belt and receptacle. Replace these with bolts that have round loops for heads. You should be able to find these from the harness supplier. All threads are 7/16 SAE universal for seat belt mounting points. Then you can snap the belts in and out as necessary for track events. If you want to use this method, make sure to buy the harness with snap in attachment points.

Conventional wisdom says you don't put in a five-point harness until after you put in a roll cage. Wearing the harness without the cage can cause serious injuries in a rollover accident.
