Woot. Just installed my Kartboy shifter. It's a very nice unit.

Thanks for the write-up, Joe. I had your instructions printed out and followed them the entire way. They also saved me from spazzing when I couldn't figure out which way that stupid spring mechanism went back on.

Great Documentation, Very Detailed.

I wish all mod step by steps were this well thought out!

I ended up using a wide, smooth bottle opener (the oval "ring style" ones) to remove the little cups because I was worried about spliting them with the screw driver. It only took the lightest pressure to remove them.

Just a thought
