Intake System Installation Help

I'm new to this site, and fairly new to car modification. I recently purchased an Extreme Turbo Systems intake system for my 2006 Evo IX. The intake pipe I have has one inlet (for the breather hose), but it doesn't have an inlet for the factory boost control solenoid hose. What am I supposed to do with the factory boost control solenoid hose? Is it needed? Do I need to drill a hole in the intake tube to have a nipple for the boost control solenoid hose to fit onto the intake tube?

I noticed the other intake systems like Perrin and Injen have the 2nd nipple for the boost control solenoid hose to plug into, but my ETS doesn't. Btw, I have a blow-off-valve already installed that vents to the atmosphere, if that helps at all with describing my system. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for being kind of a newb.

Thanks!

Run a MBC and you won't have to deal with it.
