busher racing throttle body shaft seals

busher racing throttle body shaft seals
I just bought some busher racing throttle body shaft seals, and was wondering if anyone here knew if you had to reuse the little metal rings where the seals go, or should I just put them in with out the metal rings. These seals look kinda big to fit in the metal ring.
