Lancer 4B12 engine ground

Anyone know where that wire is? Call me stupid, but I can't find it....

Engine ground on a trans? I can see that on one of those new auto transmissions, but on a manual? Don't recall seeing any wires off the trans heading up to one of those clip grounds.

Everycar ive ever wrenched on has a ground on the trans.

Apologies in advance but i have a engine code (U0431 Electronic Time and Alarm Control) This code popped up after i swapped out my clutch. (ACT Stage 2 heavy Duty). I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of this problem. Also in first gear and revers gear engine shakes when I start to drive. Any help will be appreciated. Once again sorry if this question has been asked and answered.
