help with buschur 3065 install

I bought this kit used and thought I had everything I need. As it turns out the nuts I am using for the exhaust mani will not turn. There is not enough room between the studs and the top of the mani. Has anyone else run into this?
Everything has lined up perfect other than this. Its a great looking kit and am extremely anxious to drive it.
Next issue: The turbo discharge is a 2.5" out the turbo. My licp is an AMS that narrows to 2" for the stock turbo. Do I have a new pipe made to 2.5" or a coupler? I'd think to go bigger, can someone clarify?
TIA

Whats up dude, glad to hear that you are finally installing the kit, im not sure if i remember telling you that i had to use random nuts for the manifold studs b/c the coating is so thick that the OEM nuts wont fit. The other local guy that had the same kit ran into the same problem. For the LICP you might have to call Buschur b/c they dont include the full lower for the kit. Feel free to give me a call anytime you have questions, i'm more than happy to help!

Dude, yer quick. I actually tried home depot today for something a little more low profile. Still no luck. If that is my only option then the search is on. I'll be sitting in an airport tomorrow, twice. Plenty of time. As for the licp, I am receiving pm's already with people that have them fs. Thank you folks.

you will need six new nuts for the manifold. I believe they were m8x1.25. I got these and lock washers at lowes. The two 14mm stock nuts on the outside will work ok.
You will need longer coolant lines. I used 3/8 fuel line from the parts store, and got like 2' of it. Although I really didn't need but 14" or so

Hope that helps some!
