How to: Radiator fluid flush & coolant flush
#55
if you flush your system with distilled water some will be left in your heater/engine block
if you fill it with pre-mixed (say, 50/50) coolant then, you'll break your coolant/water ratio (will be like 40/60 instead).
if you're living where it gets really cold, this could break things in winter. so it may be wise to test for coolant density.
just a word of warning.

Quochung he is basically saying that potentially there would be left of distilled water after the flush, which may throw off the mix. I don't believe it's that serious, but if you want to be safe them flush the system one more time with your preferred mix.
