Put everything back to normal with the known blown bulb on the left just as it was 3 years ago when your first installed the kit. Now swap the left ballast with the right side one. If the left side now works then your left side ballast is bad.

the thing is i tried the bulbs on both sides, it works on the right side but not the left, i then changed out the old ballast on the left with the new one, it still didnt work...

i think it is a fuse

So when you hook everythign up on the rigth side everything works? Every combination of light and ballast on the right. Does your kit hook up to only one side or both stock harness?

It is unlikely but possible the new ballast is defective

I do not believe they are fused individually

I mean when you plug the kit into the stock harness for power and control does it use one stock headlight plug or both?

As for fuses there is only one fuse for the head lights so if it was the fuse your headlights wouldnt work at all. Im thinking you might have burnt up a wire on the side.
