Need help with rear wiper!

so last November some dooshbag rear ended me and I needed some body work. The Evo was fixed and drove like new. My Evo is not a daily driver so I never drive it in the rain. the other day i had to take it out and unfortunately it was raining. when i turner on the rear wiper I got nothing. Come to find out, the ground wire had been snapped off and all other wires were disconnected. So I made my own ground and attempted to reconnect the the four wires. Now I dont know why but the wires are color matched so I tried every combination possible (I think) and got nothing.

Can someone please tell me which wires go where? and also is there a fuse somewhere for the rear wiper? I searched and checked the manual but found nothing.

here are the crappy cell phone pix. all help is greatly appreciated

p.s. in the second pic the wires are blue with a yellow stripe, blue with a white stripe, black with a white stripe, and solid black.

If you color matched and it still didn't work I'd connect it again that way and check your fuse. With all of those wires just hanging like that, they could've shorted themselves if they ended up touching at any point.

But that's my point...they aren't color matched so I don't know which connect to where.

Sorry, with the way it's worded that's what I came to the conclusion of. Do you have a manual for the car? And I would think the wires should be all the same colors unless you got it off of a different year car or something.

The rear wiper was never damaged or replaced. The wires are original and have only been disconnected. I just need to match them up properly. If anyone can take a pic of their connections I can assure you they are all different colors.

Sounds like you might need a new wiper motor.
