ACD Relocation
Hey guys thanks for the input.
On evoscan 2.8 in the ecu type drop down change it to acd. Then load the actuators. One says air bleed I think. That's the one for bleeding. Sorry im on my phone not my pc so im not certain.
As for the hose. My car is a DD so I did a temp install to see if it would all work out. I do plan to switch to a professional line later on.
As for corner weights my car is heavier on the ps versus the ds. I have a 2.5 gal meth tank/pump and co2 sprayer tank on the ps. Adding the battery brought them close til I dropped the charcoal chanister now with the pump they should.be close again. I might check when I get back from vacation.
The rubber isolators are a great idea. I will look into doing something like that.

my first thought was my stock shifter bushings...
yours would probably work much better though...
Looks like a pretty damn high risk area to me! Its just as likely to be destroyed in the location photographed as it is in the front. Except it was more protected from the elements up front with the under tray on (salt etc).

I need to route the hardline and fittings to the ACD now. I'll work on that this coming week.
I'm trying to decide whether i want a lower CG or a slightly better L-R balance. I think I'm going with option 1
Option 1

Option 2

Cool idea but why not put the whole thing in the trunk. That seems to me like just a better balanced (L-R weight) high risk area. Is there somwhere behind the rear diff that it could mount? I havent looked but it would be able to be cooled and protected without having the rear wheels flinging crap at it if its closer to centerline of the car.
I've got a carbon fiber shield for it. Just no pictures yet.
Because improving the CoG is just as important as tire sensitivity. No reason to place it higher than it already sits.
