Definently going to give it a go and do my own remix on this idea forsure. Any weight to the back, left or right is a bonus in my opinion. Better 5050 balance ftw, although trying to achieve a balanced left to right is a whole other ball game lol Clean up my engine bay a little more too

Has anyone tried using the now-unused EVAP line from the rear of the car to the front as the ACD line?

Does anyone know what pressure the ACD pump is capable of outputting?

I'm going to use the evap line. I think the ACD output is relatively low - around 200 psi max. The evap hard line looks to be standard brake line. I'm using a 5/16" hardline to -6 an adapter on both sides. My ACD pump will be in the evap crap location. I have all the parts , minus the mounting bracket, and am hoping to get this done before summer ends, though I'm currently working on battery relocation.

What is the major cause of ACD pump failure? Heat, corrosion, salt, water or all of the above? Is anyone rebuilding them yet?
Thanks

Lots of people can rebuild them. Usually its from corrosion (salt, water getting in..etc). You can buy rebuild kits and DIY, or contact any of the major evo shops and they can do it for you.
