I had a bunch of pink crap on my WW, didn't come off when I cleaned the car, so I ended up using the Turtle's bug and tar remover, you spray it on and leave it for a couple minutes, then buff it out...does a great job of removing most stains/ marks that you find on your paint job. Dunno if it will work for a job this big, but it might be worth a try...just another alternative.

So much bad information on this thread. Allow me to clear a few things up, but first I'll say that its impossible to tell whats on your car from the pic you posted.

Wash->Clay->Polish->Wax. You don't clay after polishing.

Clay will only remove contaminants that are on top of the paint surface. If you can pick at it with a fingernail, clay might work. I am doubting in your case judging from the pic that it will help.

Steam cleaner will likely not do much for you.

I am guessing based on the small bit of information you've provided this this will require rotary polishing. Something you should take to a pro unless you are willing to risk damaging your paint.

Ive got a similar issue, it seems like theres contaminates under the clear coat. Almost like the paint has bubbled. What would work for that?

I detailed for many years and I'm not sure what you have on there with those pics. But they look large. If sap you can use a wax and grease remover from the local paint store that is used to prep cars before paint. Its clear coat safe and works very well. Clay will not take off sap. Also make sure to buff and wax after using the wax/grease remover.
