Vent mode selector knob not moving

Great post and video

My 2003 Lancer "vent mode selector knob" is impossible to turn and not moving. Does anyone else have this problem and
is there a simple fix or does it require a complete rebuild?

90 degrees here in Wisconsin today, probably a good time to fix your AC knob!
