Life saver. Great vid!

 

I replaced the gears for the newer style and replaced the cable (mine was bent as well).

However, I think my main problem is the small gear that is connected to the blend door. It is hard as 'heck' to move. Even by hand with the other gear on. Anyone know a fix for this?

Can you just working it manual to loosen it up and get it greased up a bit?
