how to remove stereo evo 9 mr
I want to remove the original stereo in my evo 9, someone who can tell me how to do? Do i need to take the plastic around the stereo away ore can i remove the screws from behind and take the stereo out?
Remove the three climate control knobs by pulling.
You'll find two screws under the knobs, remove them.
Now you can pull off the plastic trim panel around the knobs/radio.
Radio is held in with four more screws two on each side.
Don't forget to disconnect the two wiring connectors and the antenna.
When you reassemble... do NOT over tighten the two screws behind the knobs. The tabs they go through are VERY fragile.

there are custom instrament panels that hold and ipad, and you can buy programs that display gauges navigation, radio-MP3, tune your car. the heating control go where the radio is its in the official interior dash thread or the made it my self pretty sick no sure if they are producing for sale but i would like a carbonfiber one if possible probably pipe dreams thou
