Tried that as well...seemed like I could actually pull them past the point where it's supposed to catch.

Guess I'll reorder the connectors with the pigtails already on it

post a picture of the terminal and how it's crimped. and look down the connector to make sure the latch is still in there

The Honda coil connectors/pins worked flawlessly!

I'm not sure what happened with the Mitsu ones, it appears the plastic catch is not seating all the way in the terminal.

I've ordered new ones with the pigtail on them so I can just move on, I know when I'm beat

Thanks Stevo.

Honda coil.

Can someone help me please, with some advice's.
I want to make my own cop kit and I do not know what Honda coils should I buy.
I know 099700-070 are very good.
Can someone tell me if 099700-073 are working too?
They were used on a 2005 element engine.

Many thanks
Dan!

Sorry to bump an old thread.

But I was wondering if anyone had a source for the connectors that go into the stock harness? I checked spoolinup like the OP suggested but I only saw premade setups, I didnt see just the connectors for sale.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
