Great thanks. I'll let James know at Ballenger Motorsports know as i think he was trying to chase a JDM female plug to see if his newer style male plug would fit.

He also isn't sure if the newer style male plug he sells fits into our older style female plug.

So I'll let him know the USDM female plug is the same & it fits with his newer style male plug with the locators built in.

You left me and my customers in the lurch.

I cant understand why you would do that

For what it's worth I've contacted Matt once before and my email was caught in his spam filter. It wasn't until I contacted him via a different method that he was able to keep an eye out the second time around for my email and pull it out of his spam folder

Hey Jamie, I don't recall much about us chatting about this, I searched your name and didn't come up with anything, but I just got my large order in for those about 5 days ago. I was running on a pilot batch of 50 before, so I was low on stock but I do apologize about letting your email fall to the wayside. Feel free to send me an email as I have very good stock now and I will make a special deal for you.

Question guys:

I picked up some 01-05 civic coils with Denso #099700-072, and they appear to have the same wiring harness plug as the ones in these pics, however the overall coil shape is just a bit different.

Would it be safe to assume the wiring scheme is the same?

Pos / Gnd / Sig (starting furthest from the harnesses clip)

Looked for more details on Denso's site, but failed

if they're honda, yes i would say it's very safe to assume all honda denso will be wired the same

For the love of god, I cannot get the Damn terminal pins to lock into the mitsu connectors, they can be easily popped back out...

So frustrating and I've done this type of work before for other projects.

WTF??

Why would the plastic "catch" not lock into the pin terminal?
