Question Cheap way for a boost leak test?

Guys I bought my 2nd Evo 2 years ago and have had no time to work on it but was wondering is there a cheap fast way to check for a boost leak? The Evo sat for a while and now I get to work on it but funds are tight and I refuse to even think about giving up my fun toy. Suggestions?

Get a pvc plumbing plug the will fit the coupler after your maf and drill it out and tap it to 1/4 and buy a 6 dollar air pressure regualtor with gauge screw in to the cap and put a air chuck on the other side of the regulator and make sure the regulator is closed when hookin up the air hose the slowly turn it to the boost ur running and check for leaks

Or if you're lazy like me and just wanna buy one, only $30 so still relatively cheap.

Thats cheap indead... my buddy and I built a boost leak tester for 12 dollars but still had to run around to find a store that had the correct pvc pipe and still had to install a valve stem and seal the whole thing. In the end we saved money but spent a good day putting it together. For 30 $ I would have just bought one instead of making one lol good find
