Coolant change on Evo IX (cylinder block)

Coolant change on Evo IX (cylinder block)
Just got a used evo ix with 30,000 miles on it and planning on doing a coolant change this weekend. Besides draining from the radiator petcock, will I also have to remove the cylinder block drain plug too?
