This is far from a great write up. It's a good idea but the write up not thorough enough Imo... I know it's an old thread but dang. I'm in the middle of doing mine and there's a lot of things that aren't adding up.

So whats not adding up then? Ive since then purchased this double pumper from him and switched the pumps out with a 525 and a 450 pump and hes has moved on to a triple pumper he has built for his car.

Again it's a brilliant idea which is why I'm undertaking doing it cause f paying that much for a buschur setup. I feel a bit confused on how the Evap line becomes the second pump supply line (where's it originally located) and exactly how he's setting up the y fitting in the engine bay (only saw 2 vague pics)

Just do whatever you need to do to clamp a hose onto the evap line. Once it's up to the front, do whatever you need to do to "Y" the two lines into one and feed the one line to the fuel rail. That's all the easy stuff. He's covered the hard and expensive-to-get-wrong stuff. I may doing this myself, with a couple 255s.

The Evap line is right next too the oem feed and return fuel liines. It is litterally the same size as the stock feed line. If you follow i down under the car you will see that it follows the factory fuel lines to the back of the car. What he did is when it got to the point that the hard lines go up towards the top of the tank he cut the evap line and ran a soft line to the brass fitting for the secondary pump.
