I believe so but I am not a 100% sure. Evo7 has a different rom to flash though, just keep that in mind.

Hi, yes this works on a JDM 7, but it does have a different ROM

Its like having a dashcam for your tune basically.

Are you able to stand-alone log ACD and EFI at the same time with the OP 2.0? If so can you post up your logcfg.txt file? - I've not been able to get mine to work.

Can't log both at the same time. As far as I know openport can open a communication line and only focus on one or the other. But I haven't tried tbh.

I can get OP 2.0 to log EFI MUT II parameters in standalone mode but I cannot get it to log ACD MUT II values. Do you know what command is required in the logcfg.txt file to do this?

I've actually never logged the ACD through the sd card. I have logged the efi though.

Try this as a test:

type=mut2
paramname=GForceSensorAcceleration
paramid=0x1D
scalingrpn=x,2,-,64,/

You probably have a evo 7 acd ecu with ayc support. You will need a xml for that specifically.

I tested this today and unfortunately it only logs 0x1D from the EFI Mut (which is Airflow per rev). I will call Tactrix next week and ask their advice.

If I can't log the ACD MUT channels then it's impossible to see the effect of tuning changes. I also tried using my old 1.3U cable with EvoScan 2.9 to log ACD, but since I installed the Tactrix OP 2.0 drivers, the cable is no longer recognized by my laptop. :-(

I tried uninstalling Evoscan, uninstalling ECUFlash 1.44, rebooting, reinstalling ECUFlash 1.44, reinstalling EvoScan 2.9 and rebooting - still the 1.3U cable is not recognized.

Does anyone know if it is possible to log ACD channels with the 1.3U cable?

Honestly, whenever I logged ACD I did it with my laptop directly. Mostly cause I'd hit log right before doing something with the car and then stop log. I find the very large continuous logging files difficult to sort through to find the event I was looking for.

Thanks for responding. Please can you clarify what you use to log your ACD directly? Is it a Tactrix 1.3U cable and Evoscan 2.7/2.8, or is it with a Tactrix OP 2.0, USB cable and Evoscan 2.9?

I'm simply trying to find the right combination of cable and software needed to log the ACD.

Already did all this, I still get the no response from vehicle ECU when trying to use Evoscan.

What i'm thinking is that my PC drivers are no letting the openport to read acd ecu :///
