Valve Cover Leaking

So I installed a set of cams on my Evo 9. I made sure to put gray rtv on the number 1 intake and exhaust cam bearing caps. I even put gray rtv on the valve cover gasket. It's hard to tell but it looks as though it is leaking from the valve cover gasket right around where the cam gears are located. Should I have used a different rtv sealant? Has anyone encountered this issue?

Could be your cam seals leaking.

I was afraid of that. I reused the old cam seals but I made sure there were no nicks or tears in them before I put them on the new cams.
