Yes, you can purchase the intake kit minus the filter. The MSRP is $189. The release date will be the same as of 11-15-04!

You said you have seen up to 10whp gain with the intake. How about torque? I have heard that an intake system can reduce torque (most likely when untuned I imagine).

any pics of the intake pipe installed w/ the factory air box? I might be using the helix pipe in conjunction w/ the aps cold air unit

That looks sweet. Will adding the intake pipe w/ the stock air box affect MAF readings and require retuning?

Guessing this intake is going to be prone to the stalling associated with all other hard pipes for the Evo today? I see no difference in engineering on the piece compared to others. Would like to know.

They are in stock, but won't be on sale until we sort out the silicon hoses first. ETA for the release will be 2 weeks!

Just FYI, Helix exhaust system came out way before the Megan Racing systems.
