BTW, that is my educated opinion as a consumer. I truly believe the Nisei products rock from that view point. As a vendor, I also understand bringing a product to market.

Maybe the comp FMIC is for high rollers....I can understand that. I'm just an average guy that doesn't need a "professional grade" FMIC.
Even the standard one is probably more than 98% of us need. I mean if you pick up 15WHP from stock to standard.....what is that additional $200 bones gonna get you?
professional grade-yes
I bought the "Street" version in May of last year. Got tuned in September and was told I had a boost leak. Finally got a leak tester in December (school keeps me very busy) and worst of luck, I find that my Nisei IC has a hole in it. Call Rob, he tells me to send it back to him and he'll take care of it. I do, and he does. Nisei calls me to let me know what’s up with my IC and sends me a replacement street prototype for a loaner. (Great customer service on both their parts, Thanks again.) The reason I got a loaner is cause they are going to replace it with a competition version so that I can give a regular guys IC to IC comparison, post comments and answer questions, "unofficially". Yes, for once, it's cool bein me.
I was told that it will be competitively priced. Go ahead and get the piping and mini battery kit in prep for the new IC. I waited for the "Street" version and was not disappointed. It is aircraft quality I assure you. I don't have the piping yet myself, but it's only because my front diff has priority at the moment.

Got an e-mail about the boost leak tester I used. This is it;
http://boostpro.net/index.html
Single Pop (Gauged)
With Tire Valve Adapter
$20 + $4.05 shipping
Good site with how to guides (for 300 zx, but works for us too).

If you guys are thinking about getting IC piping and the the battery kit, it is in stock now, as Rob said. Nesei parts are made in that small shop in Cali. Not in China. There is not a big container ship of this stuff at the dock. You need to get it when it's on the shelf, not order it when it's backordered.
For us guys that are attached to our stock airfilter box and intake, this mini battery kit and IC piping works with the stock stuff also.

Thanks for your comments everyone! We're running a promotion on the pipe kit + battery kit combo since we're moving and the boxes are large and adds to the moving cost. I figure we'd sell these things fast instead of moving them all.
Check it out:

Call me or email me to get in on this deal. I won't be putting it on the online store.
