We're hoping we'll have it all out in 3 - 4 weeks. We will definitely be offering everything as a package.

Hi there
Do you have any photos taken from the end tanks of the intercooler? Just saw the inside of the ARC intercooler and it was amazing. Wondering how the Nisei one looks like from the same angle.
So where is the Nisei intercooler made? There's been a big debate kicked up by the ebay ripoff of the AMS intercooler and how the 'Chinese Sweat Shops' are ripping off quality products from the US. So just wondering about the land of manufacture of the Nisei core.

The Nisei Engineering intercooler is made in the good 'ol US of A at Nisei Engineering. The core is made to Nisei Engineering's specs and the end tanks are cast to their specs (that were created on our CAD software). The individual components are subcontracted out as we don't have the machinery to create the intercooler core (yes we don't use off-the-shelf cores - it's all original!) The intercooler is then assembled in the Nisei Engineering facility located in El Monte, CA.

We are aware of the eBay cores, wich appear to use 1/2 1/4 stack, a 1/2" extrernal fin with a 1/4" internal fin. The internal fin is straight, no louver or split. The internal fin density of the "eBay" core is 8 fpi (8 fins per inch) from what we gathered.

The Nisei Engineering intercooler uses the same internal fin that it does externally, so what you see on the outsde of the intercooler is the same thing we have on the inside. The internal fin is split, with not as much height as the ARC core allowing us to fit 23 rows that allows us to have no measureable pressure drop.

Check out the photo of our internal fins. Disregard the temp probe as this is a photo from one of our many testing procedures.

Let me know if there's anything else you inquire on.

Rob

Did you get the results of the test VS. the Bushur core yet? Im trying to decide between these 2. Also, are the factory IC sprayers maintained and functional with this core? Any idea on a price of the lower IC pipe only with this IC that compares to Buchurs $750? Thanks

Hey Rob

Sorry to pepper you with questions but what is the flowrate (CFM) and pressure drop rated on this core? Been trying to find some numbers on it but no luck. Perhaps you could enlighten me?
