These units have just 1 vacuum port on top of the tb.
Same exchange policy applies....even to Jenson Button.

Aby, the price for MIL.SPEC's 65mm porting job still includes a new OEM TB gasket, right (so I don't need to order one separately from the stealership)?

The difference may seem slight, but the increase in total area of the opening is substantial even with only a 5mm increase in diameter... and if you look at the location of the small holes/passageways on backside of the TB, there's really no room to go any bigger with the stock unit.
No jokes about my plastic Harbor Freight "caliper" please! It's well worth the 49 cents I paid for it!
