Quick question,
70mm TB vs 65 Ported TB. Am I to see a big difference in performance?
I am tired of not having an IAC on my 70mm TB, and I would like to step down to a 65mm one. But I wouldnt want to sacrifice performance, etc.

Any advice?

I think a lot of people have not reported huge gains going to a 70mm TB. Unless you have a super big turbo. I don't want to be a shill for MIL.SPEC, so look around at build threads. I think you'll find what people are saying lines up with what I said above.

Also, TB's and 100 cell bolt-ons are in stock
