If you guys ever have a problem with Vivid...just call them!!! They are honestly really good at clearing up issues. Dan over there always comes through for me when ever I order something!!!

I am such a good guy arent I? But hey if a product is back ordered or something I wish I could do something about it, and rarely I can, but if I can't im sorry. That's why I have people call me and order because they have no idea if the product is in stock or not. If you have any problems what so ever, please let me know. And like I said about your exhaust, he sent in the order today because they just got 2 in, and have to send them out according to who ordered first, so I will let you know when.

 

Not me, I called, I e-mailed, I called again, I had a part sold out from under me. An unhappy client. I'd say customer but that would be wrong!

What is the weight and do you have a sound clip of the JIC Spartan DE exhaust? Also, does this bolt to the stock cat?

 

the weight for the Titanium is 8lbs. there might be some sound clips of exhausts on our website, Im not sure if the spartan is on there though. the spartan i believe is around the 25-30lb range. and they bolt right up.

Dude,You were SO right!!!!Why,God,why I didnt listen to all those guys complaining about Vivid Racing on EvoM and NASIOC.I also called ,emailed and called again.I got this e-mail on 14th(I ordered on 9th) :" I just wanted you to know that there is an order that should arrive on friday or monday. once it arrives it'll be on it's way to you sorry for the delay".BS!!!! .Finally I called tonite and finally I could talk to a person instead of answering machine.What I heard,was just freaking amazing and I'm so pissed off that I cant even describe.I told those guys last week ,if they at least can let me know if my exhaust is on back order ,so I can order from somebody else,before I go on my vacation.F...... nothing,not even a word .And today after I called I hear:"sure we had exhausts,but we sent them out to somebody else.Do yOu want to order different exhaust" Would I wait almost 2 weeks just to get something else NNNOOO!!!!!That is why I ordered this particular exhaust!!!!!!!!And guess what?They charged my credit card ,right after I placed my order and they knew about backorderWTF!!??? This is so pathetic!!!!!!I just cant believe this!!!!Gabe why would You say something like that:"yours I checked on too.
