The spark plug anti-fouler trick seems to work from what people have reported.

The cause of the CEL being thrown due to high flow cats and test pipes is that change in o2 sensor output cycle rate. The more exhaust that flows past the o2 sensor, the faster the voltages will cycle. The rear o2 sensor is supposed to cycle slower by about 4 times compared to the front sensor. If it cycles faster than the predefined cycle rate, the ECU will throw a CEL.

The simplest fix can be done mechanically, by just spacing out the rear o2 sensor to get the less exhaust flowing past the sensor and slowing the cycle rate down.

Spacing out? You mean putting a couple of washers on to "space out" the O2 sensor?

does anybody know if our cars have LEV status (low emision vehicle) i think if it has this status we don't have to smog in four years.
