There is a 110 in black and 600 in red in another spot, then a 16-230 in red in the middle, but nothing that resembles any kind of date code. The shipping label might be on top of it and there is a lot of hotchkis tape wrapped around the box. I put the bar on the other day and even if I have the earlier ones, they still look pretty strong. I have yet to break them after a couple days and I guess if I do it will probably be before my trip. BTW I love the bar, definitely more neutral now.

They will be better then your current setup that's for sure.

Springs stink, they really do for the evo.

Anyone know yet if the Omnipower Coilovers handle better than the MR Bilstein Suspension. Cause I would like to pick up a set of either these or the Tein SS Coilovers, and if they will only lower the car and hurt handling I don't want to get them.

The reviews didn't really test the handling. If it just lowers I might as well have gone with the Tein S-techs I had on my 03. Dropped 2, and 1.5 and had no ride discomfort.

I autocrossed on them last weekend and they felt fine. I'd say the handling is better and I noticed less body-roll than stock. The rear-end of the car does tend to bounce too much for my liking on the street, however.

my car handles fantastic right now. Prolly has alot to do with the alignment, but the springs didn't hurt it at all. In fact I"ve been quit impressed with the performance of the springs. I definatly dont want to hurt handaling, right now no one can touch me in autox and I"m faster then 08% of the cars entered in the events, even running on the stock tires, no race tires. Only problem I have is still get fair amount of roll, and dive under breaking.

OMNI POWER is on back order right now on these we should see some more in a few weeks. As far as compairing the Tein SS or Omni power other than dampaning adjustability to Omni power is a MUCH better built item. Every time we show some one they all say the same thing DAMN these things are awesome for the price!
