What is the tensile streghth on your studs? Comparable to ARP extended wheel studs?

ARP's are 8470 Chrome-Moly.

What mm V.2 spacers do I need for the rim to be flush with the edge of the fender for an Evo X on stock Enkei's? I keep getting conflicting opinons between 15mm and 20mm. I already have open ended lug nuts so can I get the extended studs with the spacers or do they need to be ordered seperate? Also what price shipped to 30152. Thanks.
