Here is mine. It's not the easiest to get to...but it works great for all of those who have a greddy catch can.

I bought a stick of aluminum from Home Depot 1 1/2 wide by 4 ft long. There is a stud right under the strut bar on the passenger side holding a bracket 12mm nut. I made a elbow out of the aluminum drilled two holes to mount it to the back of the catch can and used the stud to mount it too. I made sure to pull the braket off the stud and mount the catch can bracket behind it for extra support. It worked out perfect and is out of the way. Only thing is to make sure you leak test the catch can before you mount it there because it mounts right above the alternator. You don't want oil getting in brushes of your alternator. I your interested in doing the same I can take better pics and shoot it to you. It was really easy.

Cool, thanks for the pics. That u-shaped bracket should be simple enough to make. How well does that bracket support the weight of the catch can? Is your catch can supported in any other way besides with that bracket? I have the greddy one, and it's pretty heavy. It seems like the catch can will bounce around when going over bumps.

It's only supported by the bracket, what I did was make the bracket on the catch can side as long as the catch can to give it extra support, and also uses the other bracket on the stud for support. The Helix isn't very heavy so far the mount is very solid. I also tie-rapped the hoses from the catch can to the strut brace so the hoses don't pull down on it.

"EVO" specific JDM catch cans will not fit. They are designed for right hand drive JDM Evos. I had to return a Cusco one that was evo specific. I bought a universal square Greddy one and hose clamped it to the strut bar. Fits like a glove between the strut bar and firewall on the driver's side.

Here's my catchcan from RRE installed on my car and bracket is connected to my battery holder thingy. Nice & stealthy! I can still drain the oil from the bottom valve with my skinny arms...
