That's cool. I recieved my new lip yesterday and it looks 100 times better than the first one I got. Hopefully I'll have time to put it on this weekend. 
First, thanks for your business.
We have sold ALOOTTT of LIP, including internationally, locally (US) & wholesale.
Yes, couple of them got damaged on the shipping, few cracked into two pieces but we did our best and we always take care of our customer.

CARBON FIBER SHORTAGE:
Economy doing great and US government need to make a lot of army tools, equipment (including new jets) and on top of that the new MEGA air-plane (BOEING not sure what model) anyway they bought all carbon fiber sheets, we are in shortage in carbon fiber raw materials.
I’m not kidding but my supplier said they will not have the carbon fiber sheets until next year.
I have few lips available so let me know.

Hey, I recieved my carbon fiber lip today from www.streetconcept.com ..super fast shipping!!
Although...the workmanship is kinda on the low end.
Some parts of it are VERY cloudy with pit marks/bubbles. And the weave is very off. There are also lots of finger prints imbeded on the clear coat. Plus the fitment is less than moderate. I understand for the price, I'm recieving a replica lip, but even for paying over 400 dollars (with 2 day shipping) I spent, I expected a little more worksmanship. I am going to keep it, becasue I need to have it since my car is in the shop, plus I'm using it for practial reasons of protecting my paint on my bumper and looking halfway decent from afar. I'm not tryin to dawg evo-mr, but still I'm just letting everyone know that maybe I receieved a bad one?

As far as I'm concerned your business ethics Suck. 
I'm throwing the box with broken lip in the trash. Tell your freight company to find it there. BTW my CC company has axed my payment from you because of your customer service.
i was probably one of the first to get this lip and i tried to warn ppl of the problems. i just don't understand how this guy could be selling this crap.

I don't understand. I cantacted Heru when I recieved my first one that I was unhappy with and he made me a new one and shipped it out the next week. The one I have now looks ALOT better than the first one I got.
What helps out the situation is I didn't get on here and bash him and his business. I went through emails, phone calls, and PM's to get this resolved privately. I sent him pics of the sections of the lip that I was disatisfied with and agreed to make me a new one. Now if he didn't make it right, then it would be different.
I basically told him how I felt about the quality and how I would expect a $380 peice that is going on my car to look and he did the best he could do....which was alot better than the first. There are no runs in the clear coat and the c/f covers the lip 100% from one end to the other.
There were times I got a little aggravated trying to contact him, but when I did Heru was as nice as could be and helped me out as much as possible.

If he can make the lip like you say (the second one you recieved), why didnt he do that from the get go??!!)
