MY NEW "DO" FRONT LIP FINALLY ON
if you decide to sand it get some 1500 or 2000 grit sand paper and a bucket of water, and wetsand the spot very lightly...it will turn white so you will have to buff it afterwards
ok i finally got this thing on after hours or it being a pain in the *** (with two people). this thing definetely needs to be an inch longer overall. the only way i was able to even get this thing on was to take off the stock lip and it still barely went on, almost snapped the ends off of the cf lip. but since it is so tight a fit and not long enough i now have a 1/4 in gap between the stock lip and the cf lip on the ends on the outside. i also had to cut off all the tabs and i also used washers and bolts to help hold it in place like EVO MR did. thanks by the way. i loaded heru's video and they cannot have the same lip they send out to us. this thing would not go on without me taking my stock lip off. if i forced it more with the stock lip still on i guarantee i would have snapped off at least on side. i also had my bumper off in case anyone wants to know. i took a few pics of the lip's flaws and the gaps. will try and make it to a friends house to get it loaded on his comp so i can post pics. any ideas on how to fill this gap? i was thinking of getting some bondo and fill it in then after it dried, sand it , tape it off and paint black. that seems to be the best thing i can think of right now anyways. as far as recommendations for this lip, i don't really recommend anyone else buy this unless they at least make it longer and a better fit. i almost wish i would have spent the money for the real replacement one. oh well. you get what you pay for.

yeah i know. turned into an all day project almost. i was going to go ahead and hard wire my V1 today too since i haven't done that yet, wires just been hanging there, but that lip just took it all outta me. very very time consuming. could have swapped in a new turbo kit in the amount of time it took to do the lip, lol, seriously. so are we the only two that have this lip EVO MR or what? haven't heard from anyone else who got it.
