However, I am sorry to say that this lip is off and I see NO way of making it fit with out shaving the stock front lip or shaving the carbon fiber lip (I SEE NO WAY PERIOD). I have spent with Chris 2 hrs trying to install it so if you say that it will take me 2 hrs to install a front lip I will laugh at you. You cant force carbon fiber in its not plastic and with even that I have tried with Chris to force it with every possible way and it did NOT work period. I have told Chris to return it and hope for something better as I can see his frustration at that time. Asking him to take the front bumper to fit a front lip is unreasonable as with the front bumper mounted you will have better grip. Just imagine how many people will hold the front bumper if it is off the car and how many will put the lip on?? It will be a total war. The lip looks nice and I like it in fact I have offered $50 to buy it from him (JK).

I looked at the pictures on the first post more closely and it seems like it doesn't fit very well on that car also. It might be my eyes playing tricks on me, but i think i can see part of the factory lip on the sides.

what i needed to do to make mine fit was.....
take the bumper off. its not that hard just dont loose any screws.
next remove the 10 or so screws that take the factory lip off.
Once thats off, fit it in. the front lip is much more flexible then the whole bumper.
i got the fiberglass version and it needed a lot of sanding of the inside of the front lip (fiberglass lip, not oem).

Also, i suggest using the 3M liquid tape instead of the regular double sided tape.
Good Luck!

pretty funny how all this is needed to make it fit. i am a very dissatisfied customer.

I paid $380 shipped... and told it was 99.9 percent perfect and would fit without a problem... I dont feel that for $380 I should have to modify anything. If I had paid $100 yes sure I could see it. but come on man this is retarded.

I just hope you didnt know about the fitment issues and ship it off anyway. I would have much rather waited a couple of weeks to get a lip that fits right

Guys, when we made the front lip (we make them tight + the construction of the front lip is rigid).
I know when you first got the parts when you try to line up it will not line up correctly. But try to take out the front bumper, PLEASE....again take out your front bumper, it will MUCH easier.

My front lip fits perfect, and was made from the same mold. Fiber glass can be warp, but not shrink. If your front-lip seems to tight, that is normal.

You need two people, and AGAIN TAKE OUT YOUR FRONT BUMPER FIRST (DONOT TAKE OUT THE OEM FRONT LIP)

IF you have question please call me direct, thank you.

anyone else get this lip yet? i checked my tracking number and mine will be here monday. wondering if all of these are messed up or just a couple here and there? these all came from basically the same molds so i would think if one is messed up then all of them are. hope not though. originally i thought heru said that it replaces the stock lip? does that cf lip use double sided tape to stick to the front of the stock lip? that's what it looks like. is there nothing to actually make it hold to the bumper securely? well hope this all gets worked out.

sigh...

I was really looking forward to purchasing this aftermarket replica too...now..I don't know....

....shelling out $300+ dollars for something you have to 'force in' and 'make work' is never cool....

....plus now it's on EBAY?.....yikes.....wonder what the feedback is gonna be like?

You need to buy double sided tape and couple screews. So when you get the lip you can just bolt it on.
Again please take out your front bumper.
