Fellas, much props on your rides man.

I've been on the prowl lately to trade my car in for either a 350Z, EVO or STi, after seeing your pics (especially lil'evil_evo) it is now very very clear what car I have to get into. Love the evo 7 tails.

Could you use a 45 series tire with those 5-Zigen's?

You guys who are using a 9.5" wide wheel, when you cut the wheel ALL the way, do you get rubbing along the inner fender liner?

I got 18x9" wheels with a +31 offset and when I cut the wheel ALL the way, i guess the inner side of the tire rubs against the inner fender.

I'm using 245/40/18 tires, however I wanna move upto 255/40/18 tires or even 255/45/18 tires, because the roads here are crappy and u can feel EVERYTHING.

That's exactly why I asked myself. Out here, you dogde a pothole and hit another on the other side. It sucks.

i get no rubbing even with a complete u-turn

you might be ok running a 255/40 but not a 255/45 255/35 you would be good to go

Just raise your coilovers (if you have them) and you can run a 45 series...

Man you guys are lucky you can run those frickin wide tires. I'd rub with a 225...

lil'evil_evo: that setup looks great! you are brave to be ridding around on 19's! some of the roads are killer on rims out here.
