anyone put subs in with a carbon trunk?

anyone put subs in with a carbon trunk?

like the title says, i am a little worried about what will happen to the trunk

I highly doubt you'll have that problem. CF is very, very strong.

i am just wondering if anyone has done it. Im putting 2 w7's back there and just a little worried about it. Vis doesnt make the strongest products in the world.

the trunk is strong but 2 w7s hit f*cking hard though. i heard one in a rsx and i thought i was at the club

i work at an audio shop so i have to do it right. we had an idea to port the boxs through the rear deck lid to keep all the air out of the trunk. Im hoping that will be possible. Thanks for the responses.

w7's push a lot of air in a ported box and i guess what im really woried about is the air flexing the trunk, and causing a crack.

I *HAD* subs in my car and i had a CF Trunk, Not as hard hitting as some W7's but it sounded good. I had no problems at all. They were only in the for about 5 months, because someone decided to break in and steal everything but that's another story. BUt yeah, you should have no problems with the CF trunk...
